Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all purchases of products and services made through JeffJerina.com, ChristmasLightsDesign.com, SiteSpartan.com, and any affiliated websites, brands, or entities owned and operated by Jeff Jerina and Luminous Designs, LLC, including its subsidiaries and affiliated companies (collectively referred to as "we," "us," or "our").
By purchasing or using our websites, digital products, or services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Scope of Products and Services
We offer a wide range of digital and physical products and professional services, including but not limited to:
Digital Products: Online courses, eBooks, audio files, downloadable templates, training materials, and software-related content.
Digital Services:
Website design, development, and hosting
Digital marketing and branding solutions
Book cover design and interior layout
Book publishing and distribution assistance
Physical Products: Books and merchandise.
Professional Services: Coaching, consulting, and live training sessions.
2. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All content, digital downloads, services, and materials provided through our platforms are the exclusive intellectual property of Jeff Jerina, Luminous Designs, LLC, or their licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use only. Redistribution, reselling, or unauthorized sharing is strictly prohibited without written consent.
3. Payment and Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase or as agreed upon in a separate contract or invoice.
By purchasing a product or service, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount due.
4. Refund Policy
Digital Products (Courses, eBooks, Downloads, Templates, Audio Files):
All sales of digital goods are final. No refunds will be issued.
Due to the immediate and irrevocable access granted to digital content, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once purchased.
Digital Services (Web Design, Hosting, Marketing, Publishing, Design):
Digital and creative services are non-refundable once work has begun or files have been delivered. If a deposit or milestone payment is made, it is considered non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are responsible for reviewing proposals and deliverables promptly.
Coaching/Consulting Sessions:
All sessions are final and non-refundable once scheduled. Rescheduling is permitted with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Missed sessions without prior notice are forfeited.
Physical Products (Books, Merchandise):
Refunds are only provided for defective or damaged items reported within 7 days of receipt. To request a return, email us with photos and proof of purchase. Returns without approval will not be accepted.
5. Service Delivery and Access
For courses and digital downloads, access may be provided through a member area or third-party platform.
For web design or digital services, timelines and deliverables will be outlined in a separate agreement or onboarding document.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and project communication.
6. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee specific results from any product or service. Results vary by individual effort, market conditions, and user application. All offerings are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service in question.
8. Modification of Terms
We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be posted to this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Rockwall County, Texas.
